Unison Solutions, Inc., founded in 2000, is an industry leader in biogas conditioning, BioCNG™ vehicle fuel systems and distributed generation.
Unison systems have been installed around the world at landfills, wastewater treatment facilities (WWTF), dairies and food processing digester plants. Unison has manufactured gas conditioning and compression packages in sizes that range from 20 scfm up to 8,000 scfm. Our expertise in purifying biogas includes hydrogen sulfide removal, siloxane removal, CO2 removal, compression and gas quality monitoring.
To date, Unison has provided over 185 gas conditioning and compression systems to the biogas marketplace. Unison has 42 employees including engineers, CAD drafters, PLC programmers, welders, fabricators, electricians and service technicians. Unison Solutions is an ASME certified manufacturing shop specializing in stainless steel tank fabrication and our in‐house, UL 508A panel shop gives us the credibility to design and build custom control panels that meet the specifications of each individual biogas system installation. Unison Solutions is uniquely positioned to provide all facets of a renewable energy project including the engineering and design, equipment fabrication, startup and ongoing maintenance support.
Testing of biogas is an important step in both the planning of a conditioning system as well as ongoing maintenance. When your gas sample test results are available, our trained staff will interpret the results, compare them to past samples and make recommendations to keep your system operating at its optimum.

Unison Solutions offers maintenance services for all of the equipment and systems we sell. Our technicians have the most up to date training and tooling to provide dependable and proficient on-site service.
With our siloxane and sulfur removal services, we do more than just vacuum out and refill the media. We also perform the required TCLP testing, file the waste disposal application and complete all the waste manifest forms.
Many of our systems include a remote dial-up option. This allows us to assist our customers in troubleshooting without the need for an on-site service call.
